The renovation of the110 year old former dry goods store, located at 732 E Market , into the Nulu Art gallery by owners Gill and Augusta Holland will be the first building in Louisville to attain LEED Platinum certification.  The building will incorporate 81 photovoltaic solar panels that are tied into the utility grid with the capacity to sell excess electricity back to LG&E.  Geothermal chillers will produce ice at night for utilization of air-conditioning  while the building is occupied to reduce the demand on the utility grid during peak utility rates.  The building also maximizes occupant comfort levels  with energy recovery ventilators designed to pull fresh air into the building while exhausting stale air while retaining the energy from heating and air-conditioning in the    ________
