The Elliott Park Apartments, a 79-unit, five-story project at 29th and Magazine streets, in the Russell neighborhood, will have one- and two-bedroom apartments with 600 to 1,050 square feet.

The project will include a host of amenities, such as balconies, wireless Internet hookups, storage space, key-card security, closed-circuit cameras and a community room that can be rented for events. The entire complex will be heated and cooled by a geothermal system, which will provide residents with savings on their utility bills.
