A 350,000 sq.ft. renovated meat processing facility
transformed into a multi-use facility with studios, shops, retail,
restaurants and a theatre. This facility will use up to 700 tons of
geothermal heating and cooling connected to wells that were once used to
clean the old plant. Energy recovery ventilation and radiant floor heating
is also utilized. |
